Initially founded in 1995 to provide consulting services to the architects, engineers, and contractors with whom I'd worked previously, my client base gradually expanded over the next two decades to include a broad range of public agencies, professional service businesses, product marketing, and non-profit organizations.

Oversaw all marketing tasks for a firm that grew from 28 to 48 staff during my tenure. Specific efforts included coordinating, writing, and crafting proposals / responses to RFQs and RFPs; strategizing, rehearsing, and preparing materials for interview presentations; creating brochures, flyers, project reports and direct mailers; coordinating the firm's participation in various industry and educational events; and creating a database to collect and manage all of the firm's project details, staff experience, and competitors.

Technical Writer, Regulatory Affairs
Interviewed, wrote, edited, and managed the company's library of Standard Operating Procedures; assisted the VP of Product Development in the creation of a clinical trial database, including data entry, analysis, and reporting; worked closely with the VP of Regulatory Affairs to produce the various stages of a 3-year proposal process for successful product approval by the FDA, including writing, graphic design, and marketing upon product approval.
