Oversaw all communications and marketing tasks for a firm that grew from 28 to 48 staff during my tenure. Specific efforts included coordinating, writing, and crafting proposals / responses to RFQs and RFPs; strategizing, rehearsing, and preparing materials for interview presentations; creating brochures, flyers, project reports and direct mailers; participating in various industry and educational events; and creating a database to collect and manage all of the firm's project details, staff experience, and competitors.

Interviewed, wrote, edited, and managed the company's library of Standard Operating Procedures; assisted the VP of Product Development in the creation of a clinical trial database, including data entry, analysis, and reporting; worked closely with the VP of Regulatory Affairs to produce the various stages of a 3-year proposal process for successful product approval by the FDA, including writing, graphic design, and marketing upon product approval.
